In our group of 4º ESO DIVER we have been working on how to write an e-mail complaning about something of our concern. Many things came up and each student chose their most important worry.

It was her brother.
He told her that he wasn't coming home because her
he was working.
She put the phone down and left the house.
She went to the supermarket.
There she met her friend Rose who
was talking with her mum.
She told her that she had found her keys.
Paula felt really good.
